Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Hoku Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Hoku Beauty is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hoku Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
