Refund policy

Due to the professional nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of item delivery to request a return

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any return requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are not refunded

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
